Stevens & Bolton LLP fields ‘probably the best team outside of London.’ Practice head, James Lister ‘has been effective in growing the team and the reputation.’ The practice is seeing an increasing number of appointments to act as independent trustee, executor and administrator. These appointments are routinely for complex multi-million-pound estates that are facing several disputes and are frequently as a result of an executor removal application. Managing associate Jack Bailey specialises in private wealth disputes across the UK, which often involve international and offshore elements.
