The team at Stevens & Bolton LLP regularly provides the full spectrum of private client services including tax, trust and estate planning advice to high and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and businesses with a variety of assets and holding structures. The practice also offers comprehensive legal, accounting and trust administration assistance with its in-house trust company. The Guildford-based practice is headed up by Daryl Fox, who has a specialism in estate administration work in relation to high-value estates, complex associated trusts and international matters. Appointed to the Law Society’s Tax Law Committee is Rosie Todd, who is an expert in corporate and funds tax and has substantial experience in advising fund managers and entrepreneurs on UK and international structures. Trusts specialist James Hardaker is also noted. Gareth Walliss joined the team from Shoosmiths LLP in May 2022 offering a broad practice in tax, trusts and succession planning, and Nick Acomb has adopted a consultant role since March 2022.
