Atty. Mark Leo Bejemino is a Partner of the Firm. He was promoted to partner in January 2023.

His practice focuses on trademark and patent prosecution as well as IP litigation. He placed fourth in the 2014 Philippine Bar Examinations and has a degree in Applied Physics. Atty. Bejemino applies his superior technical acumen in patent drafting and prosecution matters, freedom to operate searches, and patent invalidation and infringement cases. He also handles domestic and foreign trademark prosecution, particularly the filing and prosecution of trademarks under the Madrid Protocol for BDO, as well as trademark litigation before the regular courts and the IPO.
