Charles Russell Speechlys LLP's planning team is led by the ‘extremely practical and wholly unflappable’ Claire Fallows and has a particular focus on major London regeneration schemes and strategic land projects for developers and landowners. Recent highlights include working on the planning application for the redevelopment of the ITV headquarters on the South Bank, and handling a number of major projects and urban extensions for the Church Commissioners for England, such as negotiating the s106 agreement for the planning and listed building applications of a new library in the grounds of the Grade 1 listed Lambeth Palace. Newly promoted partner Helen Hutton has ‘an excellent grasp of detail, working tirelessly to deliver on client expectations’; she specialises in hydrocarbon projects, urban extensions, large-scale development projects and investment schemes.
