Jean-Baptiste Beauvoir-Planson is a lawyer with nearly 20 years of experience and heads the Corporate Banking & Finance team jointly with Victor Regnard. His practice focuses on a broad range of corporate matters.
He has been active in the Luxembourg capital market space for more than 10 years with offerings and listings of equity and debt instruments in Luxembourg and abroad, takeover transactions, as well as shareholders’ activism. He now focuses a large part of his attention to securitisation transaction as well as private debt offerings.
Career
Jean-Baptiste was the head of the Luxembourg office from 2020 to 2021, he is now a member of our Global Relationship Committee, which coordinates the firm’s international activities in general.
Jean-Baptiste is also a professor at the Luxembourg school of business and a visiting scholar (intervenant) at ESCP – Sup de Co Paris – (French equivalent to the London School of Economics).
