Partner corporate department, advising on a wide range of corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity and listed companies. Martin worked for more than 20 years in the City of London where he was a partner in leading English and American international law firms. Martin has concluded transactions across a wide range of industrial sectors, including telecommunications – acting for OTE (the main Greek telecom provider), engineering, renewables and property in various jurisdictions, including; USA, Middle East, Western and Eastern Europe and the Philippines. He recently completed the merger of Burst Corporation, the US AIM listed client with Blinkx plc, a UK AIM listed company, which is the world’s largest video search engine company in a $30m deal. Martin’s clients are frequently involved in M&A transactions with listed companies where his experience of listed company work proves invaluable.
