Yutaka Miyoshi is a partner at Mori Hamada & Matsumoto (2006-present). He focuses on patent, copyright, trademark and trade secret litigation, as well as a variety of IP-related transactions including M&A and licensing, while also engaging in many domestic and international high-profile lawsuits and technology transfers.
