Admitted to the Japan bar (1993). Joined Nagashima & Ohno in 1993. Made a Partner of Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu in 2001. Trained at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton LLP, New York (1998-1999). Taught at the University of Tokyo Graduate Schools for Law and Politics as an Associate Professor (2004-2007).
