Career
Saithip joined Siam Premier in July 1996 and quickly excelled in both corporate matters and mergers and acquisitions. She has advised and assisted on numerous aspects of foreign investment and joint ventures and has also gained substantial experience in dealing and advising on capital market issues especially IPOs either by Thai or foreign companies through holding company structure.
She also worked on secondment in Japan in 2011.
