Notable reported cases include Linkwise toxic sofa GL0 lead lawyer (2009) and issuing claims on behalf of the families that have been affected by Maclaren baby buggies due to a faulty product mechanism. Other cases include: Lockerbie plane crash, litigation against PanAm and Libyan government, Jupiter maritime disaster, Paddington rail crash, Colwich train crash and Bulgarian ski chalet fire; European and American litigation; Sharma in 1997 awarded record CICA general damages when left wheelchair-dependant, blind and brain-damaged; in 2007 recovered highest known damages (£8.5m) for brain-damaged pedestrian Leanne Evans; many other recent multimillion-pound settlements for spine and brain-injured claimants. Has widespread experience in complex maximum severity personal injury and multi-party consumer injury claims.
