Position

Practice encompasses all aspects of criminal and disciplinary law. She regularly represents clients at Magistrates’ Courts and police stations. She has advised clients in a number of work-related manslaughter investigations. She specialises in representing police officers facing serious criminal and disciplinary proceedings, including a number of recent cases involving police officers investigated over fatal shootings. She is currently representing the firearms officers involved in the fatal shooting of the Chelsea barrister Mark Saunders, which led to High Court proceedings challenging the lawfulness of police officers ‘conferring’ when making their notes.
