Caroline is a Partner in our Family team primarily working out of our Alconbury office, but also servicing clients in the Nottingham area. She has 28 years of experience specialising in Family Law, with her clients mainly business owners and executives, and professionals.

Caroline advises on all aspects of family law including divorce, financial settlements and agreements, cohabitation disputes, children issues and pre and post-nuptial agreements, with her focus being on financial settlements on divorce. As a collaborative lawyer, Caroline works with clients to find out of court solutions. She is regularly recommended in Chambers and the Legal 500 and is praised by clients for her firm but pragmatic approach to finding solutions.

Caroline is also a member of the National Committee of Resolution, the organisation for family law professionals that campaigns for positive change in family law and which was instrumental in the recent legislation which brought in no-fault divorce.

Before joining Roythornes, Caroline was a Partner in a national firm and previously a Partner in two leading East of England firms.
