Dorothy acts for a variety of medical malpractice insurers, private hospitals, clinics and other healthcare organisations, and individual healthcare practitioners in the defence of a wide range of claims. She has particular expertise in reproductive healthcare, including infertility and an interest in psychiatric cases and in human rights. Dorothy advises on all aspects of medical law, including regulation and inquests, and has expertise in clinical trials and pharmaceuticals.
