A partner and notary public in the private client department. Elspeth specialises in both contentious probate and non-contentious estate and Court of Protection matters and has particular experience in complex estate administrations, including those involving cross-border issues.  Her experience extends across working on estates involving assets in various jurisdictions, including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Italy, Ivory Coast, Jamaica, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Singapore, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Uganda, United States and Uruguay.

Elspeth frequently advises individuals in connection with Wills, Personal Injury Trusts and Disabled Discretionary Trusts, and is regularly entrusted with politically sensitive estates.  She has acted for various family members of the Grenfell fire victims and Hillsborough disaster victims.
