Rosa is an Associate at The International Family Law Group LLP.

Rosa’s practice covers all key areas of family law, including divorce, financial separation, cross border and domestic issues concerning children.

Rosa is regularly instructed in high conflict children matters for international families and cases involving complex allegations of domestic abuse. Rosa seeks to resolve disputes in a constructive manner, focusing on out-of-court resolution wherever possible. She is a regular contributor to The Family Law Journal, with her publications covering a range of topical family law issues, such as the role of covert recordings in private law proceedings, and the impact of mental health on financial separation. She has recently been appointed to the Publications Committee of Resolution.

Rosa has been recognised as a Rising Star in the Legal 500 2024 and described as ‘A real star of the future’. Rosa is a volunteer Legal Advisor at Rights of Women, where she provides pro-bono family law advice to women who have experienced domestic abuse.

Rosa holds several academic accolades, including: The Stephen Cretney Family Law Prize 2018, The Michelmores Land Law Prize 2017, and The Oxford University Press Law Prize 2017.

Rosa Schofield – The International Family Law Group LLP

The International Family Law Group LLP has a ‘stellar team’ with ‘stellar knowledge of international family matters and stellar client care’. It looks after international families, as well as families living in England and Wales, on all aspects of relationship breakdown and children matters. Managing partner Lucy Loizou handles complex financial cases and has particular expertise in dealing with trust and corporate assets.
