Career

Victoria is a Senior Associate within the family team, with over 12 years experience in Family Law.

Victoria specialises in all aspects of relationship breakdowns such as separation issues for cohabiting couples and divorce proceedings for those who are married.

Arrangements for the children of the family and dealing with the financial aspects of a family breakdown are often of paramount concern and Victoria offers expert advice in those areas.

Victoria recognises that any family breakdown is a very stressful and emotional time and she is committed to providing a sensitive ear along with robust legal advice when clients need it most.

In addition to her role as a Solicitor, Victoria is a Resolution trained Family Mediator, accredited by the Family Mediation Council (FMC). As a mediator Victoria specialises in helping separated couples in relation to their family issues following the breakdown of their relationship.

At mediation separated couples can discuss the arrangements for their children or their finances in an effort to reach an agreement without the need to attend Court.
As part of her mediation practice, Victoria is specially accredited to conduct Child Inclusive Mediation. This allows children to directly engage within the mediation process in appropriate cases.
