Position

Stephen is a director and co-founder of Technology Law Alliance, and advises both supplier and customer-side clients on large IT procurement projects and outsourcing contracts. He has acted for some of the largest suppliers in the industry, such as Capgemini, as well as FTSE and multi-national businesses procuring IT products and services. In the earlier part of his career he spent time seconded to in-house legal teams developing a clear understanding of what clients want. He has been involved in technology transactions in almost every industry sector, including financial services, high value manufacturing, health, and retail.
