Lawyer in the Litigation area of the Firm. She concentrates her professional practice in the areas of civil and commercial law, real estate law, criminal and economic criminal law, constitutional law, administrative law, commercial and specialized restructuring. In addition to the above, she assists in divorce and partition cases, as well as inheritance and family law related actions. In addition to these matters, Kendy has extensive experience representing private schools, collection management and foreclosure proceedings. In addition to her practice in the Litigation Department, she is in charge of the Immigration and Consular Department of the Firm, where she provides advice on obtaining residence visas, work visas, through a private company, free trade zone, multinational or transnational company, public institutions and international organizations.
