Accredited Mediator and collaboratively trained family lawyer.
Deals with financial matters arising from separation including more complex high net worth financial matters involving trusts and business assets. Presents seminars on businesses and divorce, wealth protection and cohabitation. Works closely with the private wealth team in wealth protection dealing with nuptial agreements for high net worth individuals, lecturing at external conferences. Also deals with claims arising from cohabitation included TLATA and Schedule 1 claims – both in her litigation and mediation practice. She leads on complex children matters, including cases involving parental alienation, change of residence and international leave to remove. Aims to resolve matters commercially and pragmatically for clients wherever possible.
