Dr. Eyüp Kul is a founding partner of Lexist. He leads the Litigation and Commercial practices, in addition to the Construction team where his deep knowledge and sector expertise gained over his 20 years plus of practice (inhouse and in private practice) is invaluable to his colleagues and clients.
Eyüp advises public bodies and leading companies from various sectors on their complex litigation cases, regulatory matters and commercial operations.
His flagship sector is Construction, and he represents parties from all sides of a project, from engineers to consortium partners, contractors and state bodies. His track record and inclusive approach make him a sector favourite.
