Position

Lee is a highly experienced partner working in property. He specialises in supporting clients with all aspects of land development and secured lending work.

Lee’s clients are developers (national, regional and local) and funders (clearing bank and specialist). He provides solutions for whatever issues they face.

Clients value his commercial approach and the pragmatic solutions that he creates when dealing with the most complex arrangements.

Lee carries out a full range of real estate work on behalf of clients. He has particular experience in the area of securing development funding for both borrower and lender clients. Typical deal sizes that he acts on tend to range in value from £2m – £50m.

Lee qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and joined Moore Blatch in 2016 as a partner. He has specialised in real estate since qualification and has for the past 20 years worked in and around Southampton.
