Career

Prior to joining KPMG in 2012, Juho worked as a tax advisor at Fiscales Ltd and at the service of the Finnish Tax Administration. Since 2017 he has been responsible for the tax & legal services of family and growth enterprises (SMEs) in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area and was promoted as a Partner in 2021. Juho is a top tier restructuring specialist accredited by the clients and colleagues, but he is also having a deep knowledge of the matters with respect to distribution of assets, incentive schemes and investment and fund structures. Through numerous deals and various transactions – planned and executed by a team led by him – Juho has gained a solid expertise in the field of tax and corporate law.
