Daniel Cobzac is the Firm’s Founding and Managing Partner. He has practice of more than 15 years in advising local and international clients in a wide range of legal areas. Daniel has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, arbitration and litigation, insolvency, debt recovery, privatization, banking and finance, restructuring and corporate projects, intellectual property, construction.
Daniel is a member of the Steering Committee of the Chisinau International Court of Commercial Arbitration which is a permanent arbitration body institutionalized by the American Chamber of Commerce in Moldova (AmCham Moldova).
He coordinated some of the most complex transactions involving Moldovan assets, as well as major legislative projects such as the application of the Moldovan law on insolvency.
