Position
I assume the judicial representation of the company in labor processes of an ordinary nature, as well as in special processes: trade union rights, labor harassment processes and labor executives.
We attend the extraordinary Appeal of Cassation before the Supreme Court of Justice.
We represent the company in the labor arbitration proceedings before the Supreme Court of Justice in the extraordinary appeal for annulment of the arbitration award.
Career
Since September 1, 2009, I was linked to the Quintero and Quintero Asesores S.A. representing the position of Director of the Labor Litigation Area. Also, as of August 2017, I am a Professor of Procedural Labor Law and Social Security at the New Granada Military University of Bogotá- Colombia.
