My clients are mainly business owners and entrepreneurs with little or no time to spend on legal matters, but always in need of clear and effective advice.
Just like in the rest of our business, I aim to provide my clients with straightforward advice that is easily understood, relevant and timely.
I’ve built up a lot of experience in corporate law and have advised on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, corporate finance, private equity, financing arrangements, joint ventures, structuring shareholdings, company law and corporate governance.
In addition, I advise clients on all types of trading agreements and intellectual property matters.
