Career

Trained Zurich; qualified 2001. Clerkship with District Court of Zurich, trainee and associate with leading law firms in Zurich (CMS von Erlach Poncet (formerly CMS von Erlach Henrici) and Homburger AG). Foreign intern with Drinker Biddle & Reath, Chicago (formerly Gardner Carton & Douglas). Co-founder of Herzog & Gozzi, which merged with Niedermann Rechtsanwälte in 2012. Partner Niedermann Rechtsanwälte 2012 to date. Publications of note: ICSID (with Nicolas Herzog), in: Arbitration 2014, Getting the Deal Through, London 2014; Commentary on Art 147-149 Swiss Code of Civil Procedure (Basle Commentary, 2nd ed 2013).
