Position
Partner and Head of the Employment team. A principal focus is advising major employer clients on all aspects of UK employment law, working closely with them to mitigate employment law risk whilst achieving their commercial objectives. We are responsive and ensure our advice is always clear and pragmatic. Whilst Bob has particular experience of advising banks and other financial institutions, he advises clients in all sectors. Bob has particular experience of defending major red flag employment law claims, advising on restructure and redundancy programmes, senior executive and employee exits of all types, drafting and enforcement of restrictive covenants, all types of TUPE transfer and devising and delivering programmes of training to mitigate employment law risk.

Joined Marriott Harrison, Partner since 2018.
Trained at Theodore Goddard in the city, qualifying in 1991. Spent the majority of his career at Pinsent Masons, made a partner in 2000.
