Advises a wide range of lenders and borrowers on corporate banking, acquisition finance, property finance and restructuring work. Recent deals include: advising Lloyds Banking Group on the £380m refinancing of Macdonald Hotels and advising whisky group, 1887, on its £425m refinancing with a club of banks.
