Position

David is a litigation and regulatory investigations lawyer with specialisms in financial services litigation as well as data protection work.

He is a Partner in Capital’s Commercial Disputes Team and has extensive experience of resolving complex, high value disputes in a broad range of sectors, including financial services, healthcare, public sector and manufacturing.

David’s primary area of expertise lies in claims arising from breach of contract, negligence, sale of goods and services and post M&A work. David also has extensive experience of regulatory investigations in the financial services sector, having worked on two of the biggest FCA led remediation projects in the UK in recent years.
