Francisco Palmero – Hogan Lovells

Hogan Lovells is a strong choice of counsel for tax audits in Mexico, where it has deep experience representing a diverse range of international businesses. The team also supports the firm’s corporate and M&A practice on the tax aspects of transactions in the country. Leadership is divided between three lawyers: deeply experienced veteran Arturo Tiburcio, who focuses his practice on tax consultation, income tax audits, VAT, and international tax issues, including double tax treaties and transfer pricing; Jaime Espinosa, a Monterrey-based expert on transactional tax law; and counsel Francisco Palmero, whose experience covers the breadth of the firm’s tax offering. Senior associate David Esquivel is another notable contact in the team.
