Nikolas Zirngibl is a mergers and acquisitions (M&A) partner in the Munich office of the international law firm of Hogan Lovells, he has more than 15 years experience as an M&A lawyer. Nikolas advises clients on their most important strategic mid- and large-cap M&A and joint venture transactions as well as on complex restructuring projects.
