Alexander heads the Amsterdam Tax team. For many years now, he has been assisting clients on how to best structure their investments and activities from a Dutch, EU and international tax perspective. Alexander has become a trusted advisor of a wide variety of clients. Clients favour his open and straightforward approach, always looking for the best solution.
The team provides all-round international tax advice, with a focus on M&A, finance, restructuring, equity and debt capital markets, securitization, (re)insurance, real estate, insolvency, exchange of information, litigation and incentive plans.
