Position

Olga is Head of the firm’s Asset Finance practice and co-head of the Transportation sector group. She has extensive experience in transactions involving a range of aviation and maritime assets, including loan and lease financings, ECA-backed debt, asset and corporate acquisitions and joint ventures, and restructuring and enforcement.

Olga also advises on loan portfolio transactions, general banking and borrowing base / asset based lending transactions.

Intern clerk to Hon James R Cavanaugh, Superior Court of Pennsylvania 1995; summer associate White & Case, New York 1995; US associate Linklaters, New York 1998-2000; London 2000-02; managing associate 2002-06; partner 2006 to date.

Olga speaks English, Serbian, French and Spanish.

Education

Olga studied law at the University of Pennsylvania. Member of the New York Bar (non-practising).
