Under the leadership of tax planning specialist Ernesto Lacambra, Cases&Lacambra‘s tax practice has a strong track record in appeals against the Spanish tax authority, and frequently advises family offices and high-net-worth individuals on wealth management. Other areas of expertise for the department include real estate-related tax issues and international tax matters. A key contact for family-owned groups, domestic and international companies, as well as private equity and investment funds, David Navarro is another name to note in the tax department, which also features Jorge Del Castillo, who focuses on transactional tax matters, and Alberto Gil, a reference for both corporate and private clients seeking advice on tax planning and contentious proceedings.
