Tanja Dugonjic is an independent and qualified Attorney at Law cooperating with Bojanovic Partners as Partner in Corporate / M&A department. Tanja has extensive professional experience in Corporate/M&A, Commercial Law, Banking & Finance and Energy / Infrastructure practice areas. In addition, Tanja represented clients in complex commercial litigations before the commercial courts in Serbia. Tanja is an active member of Serbian National Association of Mediators and she holds an L.L.M degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Novi Sad. She is fluent in Serbian and English and Hungarian.
