Career
Branko is counsel at Gecić Law in Belgrade. Before joining Gecić Law, Branko held leading in-house legal and compliance roles in significant enterprises in the financial and aviation sectors, including the Serbian national carrier, where he had the demanding role of leading the legal team in a wide range of complex matters across multiple practice areas and jurisdictions.
Branko recently started as a legal consultant advising clients on various corporate governance, international trade, data protection, and consumer protection matters. In addition to administrative and regulatory issues, Branko guides businesses on corporate structure and competition compliance systems to minimize risk exposure. He develops and implements customized competition compliance programs for clients, seminars, and training sessions for their employees.
