  • Advised London Stock Exchange Group plc (LSEG) on merger control throughout its acquisition of Quantile Group Limited. The CMA unconditionally cleared the acquisition after a Phase 2 investigation.
  • Advising BP Plc on multiple projects in the client’s bid to orchestrate major shifts in green renewable energy options and expansions in Asia, Australia, and Europe.
  • Advised Rio Tinto on competition law and merger control advice in relation to the restructuring of the Simandou iron ore joint venture and in particular the creation of an infrastructure joint venture.
