Senior Associate Olle Lindberg is one of Sweden’s most noted practitioners within the field of public procurement. In addition to his role as a strategic advisor to both contracting authorities and entities, as well as suppliers, Olle Lindberg has acted as counsel before every administrative court, of all instances, in Sweden. In total, Olle Lindberg has acted as counsel in more than 100 cases. He is the co-author of the book Basics of Procurement and the commentary on the Swedish Public Procurement Act for one of Sweden’s leading legal web services, and he frequently speaks at public procurement conferences.
