Career
Dilara joined to GSG Attorneys at Law Legal team in 2013. After completing her legal internship, she started to work as attorney at law in our team. Dilara has expertise on Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Law, Capital Markets Law and Energy Law. She conducts M&A transactions, prepares DD reports and conduct all kinds of corporation transactions for both local and foreign clients in different kinds of industries such as regarding energy, banking and finance, insurance industries.
She has experience on the liquidation of the branches and liaison offices of the foreign companies.
She is also experienced especially in company restructuring transactions and has consulted many domestic and foreign companies on such diverse subjects as mergers, spin-offs, liquidation, conversion and incorporation.
