France is a partner in our Real Estate & Administrative Law practice.

France is an accomplished litigator and transactional lawyer. Her extensive expertise in real estate, planning, environment and public procurement allows her to offer clients a multidisciplinary approach throughout the full life cycle of major infrastructure or development projects. She is highly regarded for her handling of all project stages, i.e. from all aspects related to the development phase (e.g. public procurement & PPP, concessions, expropriations, zoning rules, permits, grants) to the negotiation of the contracts (e.g. public and construction contracts, vesting of real estate rights) and, if required, court proceedings.

As a leading administrative law expert, she advises both public bodies and private clients who she successfully represents in the transactional phase or defends in court. She regularly pleads before the Council of State and the Constitutional Court.
