Litha Skjolden specializes in advising businesses on corporate law matters, including in particular the transfer of businesses, commercial contract matters, and all other aspects related to corporate law.

In addition, Litha specializes in procurement law and assists, among others, public authorities and public law bodies with the planning and implementation of procurement processes both in accordance with the EU procurement directives and the Danish Procurement Act.
