Tamer is a Partner at Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy and is the founding member of the employment and labor practice. He has been with the firm for over 25 years, starting when the law firm was previously known as Bassiouny Law Firm. He is experienced in providing clients with comprehensive legal support in relation to employment and labor laws in Egypt and all human resources matters, as well as regulatory advice to clients on day-to-day employment, labor and social insurance matters including implementation and enforcement. He has significant experience working with clients such as: Misr International Bank, Bank of Alexandria, the Watani Bank of Egypt, Banque du Caire, El Amreya Metal Company S.A.E., TCI Chemical Industries, and many others.
