Rebecca leads the Freeths Commercial Department in Oxford and has over 15 years’ experience in advising commercial clients. She is a diligent and experienced commercial lawyer, with a focus on intellectual property matters.

Over the years Rebecca has advised clients on a wide range of commercial matters including: manufacturing, distribution, agency, licensing, franchise, supply and outsourcing agreements, terms and conditions of sale and supply, website policies, transitional service agreements, intercompany agreements and various media agreements. Rebecca’s clients span a number of sectors, ranging from cosmetics to construction, and she is able to apply her expertise to businesses of any size.

Rebecca also advises clients on the use, development, protection, retention and exploitation of intellectual property rights and has advised a number of well-known brands in this field. Rebecca also has extensive experience in leading complex projects and building brand strategies for clients, both nationally and internationally.
