Sarah qualified in Sheffield in 2009, joining Freeths in Nottingham in 2011. Since August 2016, Sarah has led the Freeths Corporate team in her home city of Manchester.
Sarah’s background is in corporate and banking work. She has a broad range of experience including acquisitions and disposals of business (both shares and assets), management buyouts, management buy-ins, corporate restructurings including demergers, banking, finance and re-financing work.
Sarah has particular expertise in the private Care sector and acts for a number of household name Care operators and developers. She has experience in corporate transactional work in the Care sector, as well as debt funding and development funding within the Care sector.
