Merger control is a significant strong suit of the EU and competition practice at Peltier Juvigny Marpeau & Associés, which has an impressive record of involvement in complex cases before the European Commission – including recently advising Vivendi on its takeover of Lagardère – in addition to handling a high volume of merger control proceedings before the FCA. The team is also well versed in antitrust litigation at both the national and European levels, and has represented clients in a growing number of follow-on damages claims.
