Career

Hayley joined the firm in May 2017 as an Associate Solicitor in the firm’s Commercial Department. She had previously spent 10 years at a large national firm.

Hayley has significant experience in acting on large scale public sector projects and transactions. She’s also a specialist in State aid, procurement and funding programmes, having worked for managing authorities and applicants for many national funding programmes and with substantial experience of the European Regional Development Fund. She assists clients with all aspect of these areas, advising on their purchasing arrangements and when applying for public funding and support. This includes compliance assessments, assisting with funding applications and bids, drafting and advising on Funding Agreements and associated contracts, the procurement process and compliance, and supporting clients with on-going governance and compliance issues during the lifetime of their projects.

Hayley also advises on a broad range of commercial matters and projects for organisations of all sizes, including investors and the public and not for profit sectors particularly assisting clients with the finance and property elements of their commercial arrangements and transactions.
