Position

Jacqueline is a partner and Head of the Family Department at Hodge Jones & Allen, with 20 years’ experience as a family lawyer. Qualified as a solicitor and barrister, Jacqueline is also trained as a collaborative lawyer. Jacqueline always works to resolve disputes constructively. Her areas of practice are all matters arising from the breakdown of relationships, cohabitation disputes, divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships. She has specific expertise in high net worth financial provision and children matters. Her cases involve all types of assets including complex trusts structures and companies, often with international and jurisdictional issues. She has acted for a wide range of clients including celebrities, professionals, entrepreneurs and has clients based all over the world.

Jacqueline also has a many years of experience in drafting pre and post marital agreements (and their application when a relationship fails), cohabitation agreements, and in the enforcement and variation of financial orders.

Her clients comment on her empathy and her tenacity, her determination to give a clearly understood and cost effective service, and the constructive approach that is always taken.
