Mona Jortikka is specialized in commercial agreements, company law, M&A and prevention of disputes.

Jortikka assists our clients especially in questions regarding commercial agreements, dispute resolution and company law.

Before joining Lieke, Jortikka worked as a legal counsel for a large cap Finnish listed company and as an attorney-at-law and associate lawyer for internationally oriented attorneys-at-law offices. Jortikka has focused on contract and company law, dispute resolution and tax law. In addition to her law degree, Jortikka also holds M. Sc. (Economics).
