Career

After having been a partner for several years at Fromont Briens & Associés, Elisabeth Graujeman joined Chassany Watrelot & Associés in 2001, where  she now acts as a managing partner also in charge of the Welfare protection hub.

She advises French and international companies on all issues relating to employment and labour law. She has been practising for more than two decades with a strong focus on complex reorganizations such as plant closures, mergers and acquisitions as well as litigations against unions and social and economic councils (CSE).

For many years, she has also been sought after for her niche expertise on supplementary retirement and welfare schemes.

Elisabeth Graujeman is the author, under the direction of Professor Jean-Emmanuel Ray, of a book entitled “Le nouveau droit des retraites après les réformes de 2010 et 2012” (Éditions Liaisons, Coll. Droit vivant, 2nd edition, 2012).
