Position

Rainier Van Ghyseghem has a highly qualitative knowledge of company law, private equity and real estate. This know-how, which he acquired during his law studies, his master’s degree in company law and his post-graduate diploma in corporate finance, is now being smoothly translated into legal practice. As a lawyer at Laurius, he mainly focuses on cases involving corporate (real estate) transactions and corporate disputes.
